方法：使用高阻计与No.7铅球测试。

步骤：

高阻计设定 500V

应测量下列位置的绝缘电阻：

a) 相对极性带电部件之间的（Live parts of opposite polarity）；

b) 带电金属件与可触及的不带电金属件或接地端之间（Live parts and dead-metal parts that are exposed to contact by persons or that may be grounded in service）；

c) 带电部件与可触及的绝缘材料的任何表面或接地端之间（Live parts and any surface of insulating material that is exposed to contact by persons or that may be in contact with ground in service）。

結果:保持时间1min，阻值需大于100M ?。
